It's a "legendary" weapon (or whatever the colloquial term for them is), it's only given out by the Ocean Depths vending machine, it's wearable and expensive as well!

As a Legendary it can also be combined with the other Legendary weapons to form Legendary Combos, which are even more powerful.

It Deals 40 Water Icons, And Blocks all fire icons.

Pretty ugly wearable in my opinion, Best used as a weapon.

Probably the least popular legendary, But it is probably the cheapest.

It really doesn't have a place without Subeta having many fire-based opponents. Seconding though; it is a horrid wearable.
