Before the update my overlay codes worked, but now they don't? Help plz

EDIT: For Minimods: The other topic that the other person did about overlays didnt answer my question.

{background-image: url(OVERLAYIMG); width: WIDTHpx; height: HEIGHTpx;}

Just add the URL, change the width and height and you'll be good to go.
