Probably a yellow outfit.

Are their any other items you want to include? With just the eyes, you can create any outfit basically. They are very alluring eyes and would work well with anything dressy, sexy, exotic, etc.

I agree with They look seductive to me, so I'd go for a sexy-ish/dressy look.
