What map do I need to do these?

They're not really worth it, most of the time. Don't spend more than 15k on his quests. :)

And there's 9 pieces of the map, and it costs around a million. ^^

- Theres more then just quests there. Theres a great Vending machine (Ocean Depths) and also Merana quests too (The one you got to complete for Hydrus Pet(s)

Yup, she is right. ^^ You also get to smack rats for a pirate and he gives you expensive pirate-y food in return, or you sometimes get to keep the rat as a minion. :P And yeah, I got my hydrus pets from Merana.

Go to Games, and kinda near the bottom there should be a pic of a map piece and it says Treasure Maps. Click it and then click on the Omen Islands link. ^^ You should be able to do the rest.
