Looking for someone to completely redesign my user layout.

I'm looking for graphics, pet buttons, the works.

I'd like me somewhere on the profile, perhaps in a chibi form? Picture of me is on my current profile if you wanna get a feel for what I look like.

I don't think this is the actual place for this. I think it should be in the Profile and Graphics market do you agree with that?
