D: I have been a member for 1 year yet it says 11 months and 4 weeks. Is there anything that has to be done to set off the receiving of this achievement?

You have to wait until the day that you signed up for Subeta and go to your preferences page to get the achievement.

it won't happen until the ACTUAL day you joined subeta. You can check your prefs page to see if it's kicked in yet.

It'll change one year from the exact date you signed up. Just wait a few more days and you should have it. :)
