My plushie collection count is at 0 and beanbag collection count at 1 currently though I am sure I have deposited many more than that. Hope I have been of assistance!

Where are these numbers showing for you?

Games > Beanbag/Plushie/Card Collection > Your Collection

I would suggest filing a ticket if you believe you use to have more in there.
