Is there anybody here who e-files their taxes? I never done it before, always mailed mine in. Do you have to mail anything in? I heard you sign electronically, but what about the W-2's? Don't those need to be mailed in?

no need to mail anything in if you e-file... unless there is some sort of error.

Efile is just that, electronic file. usually there's no need to mail anything in, hence the efile ease.

I just did mine yesterday, lol. You don't have to mail in your W2s, but there is the added effort of actually filling that information into your e-file. So what they would normally just read off the sheet, your employer's EID, etc.? You have to manually enter into whatever system you're using (I use Turbotax, but the federal government has its own system, if you prefer that).

if you are having taxes taken out of your wages, you should probably (try to?) understand e-filing and other associated tax preparation jargon.

@ Yeah. What shatzy said. o_o You may be overpaying, like most people do when they have their taxes taken out every paycheck. That's what tax time is all about: trying to get back the extra money the government took from us. xD Even when I was a minor I got about $200 back. It's definitely worth filing, especially now with the online programs and everything. You could do it for free.

At the temple, there is a poem called "Loss" carved into the stone.
It has three words, but the poet has scratched them out.
You cannot read Loss, only feel it.
