What must I do to gain the "Gets Around" forum title?

Do what I did, wage war with someone and have a kissing fight with them and see who get's to 100 first! It's the quickest way :) I got mine in less that 12 hours of it coming out because me and a friend tried to see who could get to the title first. :P
