The flowers restock at Seedlings, or sometimes the Blue Sky vending machine will give them out.

well before the achievements went icky on us, I saw 100 for the achievements, but not sure if the staff changed their minds

Yeah, I'm not sure either? I heard someone say 200 but mine only shows up as up to 50.

Gah. I'd read that it was 100 so I kept donating over 10 or so more...my poor vault. D:
