Since there is a large vampire loving community (and in awaits for True Blood to air in June) I think there should be an item that has vampire bite marks on the neck. In addition to the little fang marks there could be a trail of blood that "traditionally" follows after being made a meal of.

xD I agree. Claw marks would be cool too :P There are enough vampire description items and random actual vampire items in themselves but nothing in the "YAY I WAS VAMPIRE FOOD" aspect
