There is no 'cheap' or 'quick' way to get 9,000 wearables. It's going to take a lot of time and even more sP.

You could begin by vending at machines that give out clothing.

i would recommend the subetalodge checklist and ordering it by price. it's exactly accurate but it's a good starting place!
