Yeah, it's been there for ages. Doesn't mean it won't be used, but it does seem to be as... lingering as that random box in the Sacred Lands.

I think that place used to give out Wiz Tokens then turned into another one of those 'nothing things'...

It a area not being used any more. But it's kept until a good use is found for it. So keep a eye on it cause you never know what might happen.

It's full of win but it may be there for quite some time as merely a hope and wish. Who knows, Calvin Blackmoon and his Corporation are ripe for a plot in the coming years :'D
