I know that we use to be able to turn sP into a voucher somewhere. Can we still, and if so where? I recently started playing again so I don't remember everything anymore.

Vouchers are pretty useless, since they only go up to 10k, (and you can only make up to 50k in vouchers per day) but you can make them here. It's no longer listed on the map.
