If I accidentally put in too many tags, it is impossible to go back to the tagged item from the error message. Instead a new item is presented with my too-many tags.

yes, I still do have trouble with this. I spend a bit of time finding just the right tag sometimes, and it's annoying when the item goes away like that.

Is this still an issue? I know another player reported it as well but said they haven't had anymore trouble.

Tested this just now and it is still happening.

It looks like the item tag option was taken down.
