NPC wearables aren't available to us users. Amazing as the mask is, I doubt anyone but him will ever wear it.

They never release NPC exclusive items to regular users.

Occasionally, though, they make 'knock off' items. Like the wigs from the bags. Those are as close to the NPC wigs as you will ever get.

Yah, what she said. But I think if you go to your wardrobe, under the "all clothing on Subeta" option. . .you might be able to see the NPC clothes. Maybe. Lemme check. . .

they show under wardrobe, but aren't buyable to the subeta public. :P
