everytime someone tries to give me a gift (On my profile under my tree) the site crashes for them with the message error:unknown log. The same also happens on a different browser.

Also, you can see you have presents under your tree. It might be erroring, but it seems like they're making their way to you.

Are the gifts leaving your friends inventory?

But for others not my sister tried it again and she got the error when clicks on the gift option on my profile right away .____. so she dont even comes to the option where you can give me a certain gift because it crushes before
