I need help with my navigation. How do I change what the links say in my navigation, without putting them in a blank section and column? 5k for someone who efficiently helps me.

You can't change the links on your profile's default navigation.

Is there any way around it?

Removing the default navigation, making your own custom navigation, putting it in a blank section, and positioning it where you want on your profile. :P
