I find it funny that all the states are like 80% Over, except for Connecticut and Cali (and maybe some I missed?) which are like half/half xD

I don't get it. Can't you just switch the roll around so it goes under? o_O

I have no idea how they are 'making it better for over' I tried to find out, but really don't understand it XD Of course you can switch it, though :)

Over is retarded. Under. Under keeps kids and cats from unrolling it as easily. Over it's much easier to destroy.
