I think its very rainbowy. I like the hairstyle and such. I'd add some more blue or something else to the waist however. It seems to be lacking a little(especially with the hair color).

I'd rate yours a 7/10.

I think it's very pretty. Has a "light" sort of theme to it and seems peaceful in design. However, it does seem a bit cluttered in certain areas.
