In the top right corner of every item square, there is a small plus sign. Click that! It's a bit hard to see on some items, but it's there. c:

Edit: I should mention that this plus sign doesn't appear when you hover over items in the main shops.

I do have another question though...I seem to have gotten a Winter Chill Fancy Giftbox from a friend I supposedly have named Kissi, but I don't have anyone in my friends list. And I can't find where the giftbox is....

That's because you can't delete your own topics. c: If you want to close a board you've created, you can ping a mod to lock it. The mods for the forum you're currently in are listed at the top of each forum page. You also can't post twice in a row, and that's to prevent spamming.

All the gift messages say "from your friend -user-" even if you're not actually friends. It seems that a random nice person has just sent you a gift. It should say "check your gifts to see what you got" and the word "gifts" in that sentence should link you to a page where you can open your giftbox.

Also if you deleted that message, go to the artic frost gift center and click on gift wraping. Then click on "your gifts" You should be able to find your gift there.
