I got this book from doing my Shinwa quest today and when I used it, it didn't give me any stats.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or something; Or that was... supposed to happen. [Screenshot]

It's a stat booster that gives between 0 and 1 intel points so it's possible to get nothing from it.
