All I have seen are items from WL/Friend 4: I saw someone selling the Russet Bob for 700 CSC just a few days ago in trades; I'm not sure if it's still there though. :< Good luck! The only one I can find is unpriced. The Planks are in usershops for 16,250,000 sP, and there's a Violet Hairgami in trades by Alenwen for 600 CSC. Sorry if you didn't want to be pinged or did not need the info. :(

For a few days, those categories didn't have anything in them. So when I saw your thread, and tried to check again, I got surprised. XD And yikes -- I'd be interested in the non-CW items, if you have any for sale, but welp, I don't think it's something possible to discuss on the R200 forum? Yeah, I'm pretty sure the brushes are all private with the platinum one being the rarest since I believe there's only one copy of that one out there? The other two have contest copies though so they're still rather rare. They're also all on the more expensive side for private cws. I pretty much only have non-cw stuff from your wishlist. xD I can include them in the smail if you like? I also have two things from the other wishlist. I'll smail you.
