I am thinking of buying my very first graphics tablet and am sorta on a budget so what would you say is the best tablet at the low end price scale? :D

The small (5x4 or 5x3 I believe) Bamboo Tablet from wacom is good for a first time tablet. It's isn't amazingly special or anything, but it's good for learning to use pressure sensitivity and all. The size is also easier for me to use personally. It'll run you about 60$ or so which is about the cheapest you'll find with any sort of workability.
