This is a silly small thing, but it's been bugging me. Maybe someone can tell me why random isn't so random.

The same random game prize items are recycled frequently while others are not asked for at all. For example, the random balloon is one of the items you can recycle today. I think this is the third time in a week... It seems to come up at least twice a month, probably more than that. Meanwhile, the random beanbag hasn't ever been asked for that I've seen in over a year. It's clearly a pattern and not a matter of chance which random game prize items are chosen often and which are not.

It makes sense that items won in the random game would be asked for frequently by the beast. There always seem to be loads of them around. I'm just wondering why aren't they all asked for... ???

The set of items that the Recycle Beast asks for is made up of the old random items, the ones that have been given out for years now. There was a new set of items released "recently" (the beanbag being one of them) that are not asked for simply because his list hasn't been updated to ask for them. Who knows when or if it will change. That is why though :)
