There's 2 currently selling for 40mill in shops, and the only other one (on the market) is unpriced in my trades. I feel 40mill is really overpriced, and I'm not sure what a more acceptable price range would be.

i would say around 5-10mil would be a nice place to start, but the average price says around 2-3mil so you can base it off that as well. c:
