Well it seems to have no use, just a pretty item. So it may just be TC fodder. You can try 50mil and work your way from there?

It's a game prize, and in the future, many of them become near worthless..and it doesn't have a real use. Something more like 5 mil would be more reasonable. Best to not try and seek too much before more are released.
