Hi there ^^ I was planning to do a tribute/cosplay HA to Valerie from Pokemon X and Y, she is the first Gym Leader to use the new Fairy type Pokemon, including my forever favorite Pokemon Sylveon ❤ I was wondering if anyone could tell me which items would be best to use, but on a bit of a budget ^^ Here's an image of Valerie from the game:
