Just tried for the first time today and Delbchaem was turned into a Hydrus Tigrean! Is this usual for the quest? I like her that way and think I will keep her.

I would greatly appreciate advise on a suitable minion for her!

yes, merana turns your pet hydrus upon completing her quest.

Thank you, I am assuming it is a one time quest then unless you have another pet you would like to be hydrus? In other words, there will be no change is Delbchaem did the quest again?

well, Delbchaem can't be blessed/do Merana's quests anymore 'cause she's already hydrus :P so nope. no change... unless you potion her into something else.

you can still do Merana's quests though, as long as you have a pet that can be turned hydrus.
