I currently meet all the requirements for the blue building except for the treasure map. Sadly I only seem to have pieces 1 and 5.

Short of buying them off people, how do I find these map pieces?

Sometimes you'll just stumble upon one in a random event.

If I remember correctly, there's a slight chance of winning some pieces at the Random game, too. :)

Random only gives you piece .

you can play php games like Leviathan Harpoon to increase the number of page refreshes and thus random events.

but to be honest, blue building isn't terribly exciting, so it may be worth it to wait. :P

You might have to give in and buy some of the remaining pieces, but they can get pricey
