You can't buy the pet itself just the item to make as I told another user may just be cheaper to buy the CSC and get it yourself plus you get the extras

The title does say I'm looking for an Elixir. c: Regardless, I already found 2 Neela Elixir that were pretty cheap. Now all I need is a Noktoa. Thanks for the advice though.
