Well - personally I don't think the Bumbus looks very angry, if that's what you're going for; more kind of like it's laughing behind the... fur. At least, imo. So, I would suggest you go with the Feli.

Bumbuses (bumbii?) are awesome.

The Feli is more feminine--are you making a female character? Personally, the Bumbus looks sleazier than the Feli does, and it looks a bit indignant...

the glacier bumbus seems more like it's pouting to me... I'd go with the feli if you wanted an angier-looking pet.

I'd go with the Bumbus. Come on, her furry collar could be made into a sexy boa in a character design. When I think of boas, I think of women dancing on stage without tops on. Sleazy. xD
