I don't know if anyone has noticed this already, but 'Lieutenant Dead' seems to be a -100 percent heal.

General Error just used it and killed himself. Lol.

The BC is currently in an open beta mode for testing and reporting errors, so you might do better to post that on the thread about it here :P That is pretty funny though xD
