hey guys im new to subeta battling :) i need advice like what level/stats should my pet have before battling? and what cheap weapons/armor would YOU guys recommend someone with a small amount of sP to use? (only have less than 1mil so i understand ill be very limited)

You can actually get started battling right away with easy and some medium challengers.

For beginners, the Malevolent Grimfruit and Red Rreign Staff of lore are very popular as they are repeating healers. The Hunters Ring of Stars is also a solid weapon under 1m. There are also other cheap weapons like Fireside Bow, Item Hunters Quill, and Shinwa Quest weapons.

There is also a "Set advice" battle subforum with suggestions on what to upgrade later.
