Currently he's a Reborn Fester, but I don't really think that quite fits him. I'm considering turning him in to a Lain as well, but still not sure on the color.

I don't know, I think an Angelic Lain might be rather fitting. Or a Galactic Lain.

Or yeah, you could always wait to see if any special pose Noktoas catch your attention.

Such a pretty name! I'm inclined to say Irion rather than Lain, though, because none of the Lains have the long tails that lyrebirds do. The angelic Irion has a long, pretty tail. Chibi might work, too.

If you really want a Lain, I'd probably go with Angelic.

When I hear the name, I think of nostalgic Lains. :)

Aw, no one has mentioned the new nostalgic irion yet? It's so pretty! I guess it depends on whether you want it to resemble the real lyrebird species or not. If you go for matching the real thing, I think a cream or marsh lain would work, then there's the common, chibi, cream and marsh irions.
