I feel like that scarf is too girly for the rest of the HA. Like, the rest of it is all spikes! clunky shoes! disheveled hair! skull tank! and then cute scarf ^_^

the neck is so unbelievably bare without the scarf though. Is there anything else you suggest for the neck?

Maybe the square scarves? or hazel jailbird manacle choker kiiiiinda matches the toe of the shoes? or sky captain neck brace if you can contentiously use a set item to match a set item :P

, try this under your hair layer . and in your place i'd probably remove skulls.. :)
