For that example you linked, it would be $10, same price for shaded or flats. To draw that I used a program called PaintBBS which is basically a fancy version of MSPaint. It uses only pixels with the freehand pencil and halftone tool and doesn't take that long. Here is another example of that style.

For flats like this I use Photoshop CS5 and that's anti-alias with a freehand brush. That takes longer so it would be $12. :)

Oh!! That would be good c: I'm the worst at prices but is 30 million decent or am I cutting it too low? Whatever it is your think is reasonable I'll pay. But as for what I want, I think I'm shooting for you doing Sparrowshard for me? c:

That's okay c: So for the 10$ one, and since you say the price is going to be the same for flats/shading, I'm assuming that the shading part of the picture is not its separate layer? (As I'm not familiar with PaintBBS, I am not sure if that even has layers). Reason I ask since I like to receive the shading and flats as different files, but if that isn't possible, that would be fine! c: Either way, I'm still interested! c: Would you be okay with drawing Sparrowshard then? Sure! 30mil is actually the best offer I've gotten for my art so far, so if you are willing to offer that then I'm more than happy! ^v^ Or you can figure out a price once I finish the sketch. Whatever fits your budget is fine with me.

Haha yes, flats have to be done before I can do the shading. :) So I will just save a copy of it with flats before I do the shading.
