He was the director of such films as Millennium Actress, Perfect Blue and Paprika. I think it's a terrible shame. He was a very talented director and I really enjoyed his movies. R.I.P.

I dont know who he is :/ But he was only 46, such a young age to die at :(
This is indeed a big loss for the anime community, but I think an even bigger loss will be when Hayao Miyazaki-sama dies since his films are more widely-known. Satoshi-sama's death will not go unnoticed, though. I've seen Paprika and Millenium Actress, and they were both really good works.
