Centropolis, she comes from a wealthy family, just finished high school and is undertaking an apprenticeship(sp?) with Sougara. Her childhood was good, she was spoiled by her mother, and was the perfect example of upper class Centropolean culture.

I'm going to go Riverside valley, you're city-ish, but maybe more like your parents moved away from Centropolis and you had to go too. Now you spend your hours at the gym running to rock music through your headphones x3
