As one of the perks to having a GA is that you can wear multiple items, right?

i just need to know if this is true, before i write a forum in the "Problem&Bugs" section.

Without a GA you can wear two items on each layer, and with GA you should be able to wear three things on each layer (numbers will change if you bought extra layers in the cash shop).

GA lets u have 3 items per layer

Congrats on the 3 month GA. Mine is a 1 month one. After having one, I find I never want to go back to not having having one.
