The only reason you would use one is for the achievement, otherwise the most you can get for it is about 100 CSC worth. Congrats on finding one :D

Would you know what the lowest amount of cs credits you can get with this? If I'm going to get like 1 credit..no sense in wasting it LOL

While you can potentially "win big" with a Raffle Ticket (I think it gives any cash shop item?), I'd sell it. I'd rather get 13mil then getting only 1 cash shop credit. XD
