OMG this lady sues Cap'n Crunch because she thinks Crunch berries are real? Last time I checked berries don't CRUNCH!!!!

No, she doesn't actually think that. Her argument was that there was no fruit content in the cereal, when the packaging lead her to believe there was.

Still weak, but if you read here you'll see (at least a theory) on why she filed it, and why it's easy to file for seemingly idiotic things.

This is kind of old news, but hey if we don't laugh and learn from stupidity, we don't evolve as a society.

Also, frivolous lawsuits really need to stop. Our legal system is being abused by morons.

PFFFTT, I think I get some sort of weird amusement from hearing stores about people who have no common sense whatsoever. :P

Although after hearing about this, I don't think it would be a bad idea to require people to take a test proving that they're actually capable of common sense and sound judgment before they can file a lawsuit. -_-
