Still, Nieto seems to be getting things done. Mexico needs reforms and he's bringing them. You can call it a sell out, but really, state monopoly will kill your economy in the long run. We've had quite a few in my country and they haven't earned us any bonus points. The transition out of a monopoly doesn't have to be a bad experience for everyday citizens.
