said it went away, but it was there for like..since last night (lol, early this morning), up until like..an hour ago.

That looks to be a Caching issue. all you have to do is clear your browser cache and it should go back to showing your normal Gaia avatar.

I cleared my cache like ... Two days ago.

Yes, but if you have been using subeta and gaia in those two days your cache is being used.
