It's not the time, it's what they do. I haven't seen the exact requirements published anywhere but AFAIK it's things like adopt a pet, get a few achievements, play a game etc. Tell him to play Subeta more :D

I got mine after my friend was around for a month or so. They have to fulfill certain requirements first.

We're not worried, per se but just rather curious when it would kick in. She already received her gifts for bringing me here about two days after I joined. She just hasn't gotten the achievement itself.

Try going to your Referral page and see if it activates your achievement.
