Description states "Store this in your closet until next Fall and wait for the Necromancer to make this powerful again!" Does this really happen or is it just talk for the item description? Never heard of the Necromancer. Just wondering.

If memory serves, in the old BC, it meant that the Sabre used to get more powerful around fall -- as in upgraded stats -- then it gets changed back to its original stats after fall.

Wonder if that still works and if there's any way to know when that happens. Thanks for info!
