I see some people with custom titles that are board. Lol, anyone know how?

Various achievements have custom titles that you earn along with them. Once you have the option of selecting it, do what The_Red_Hart said and you can pick one there.

For example, I earned my custom title for having 9000 items in my wardrobe.

Yeah, no, I think means they want to make up thier OWN title, like, write it in themselves. That, unless Im mistaken, isnt possible. You can only choose from the titles youve earned, ALSO your title changes with the number of forum posts you have.
