Can anyone tell me what happened to this item please?

I searched it and first it showed 2 people had them in galleries but the next search showed 'there are none....'

I was hoping to obtain it for my Smitten with Kittens gallery.

You can ask about it - she's the one who released it. I feel like it was a private item though. Also, there are 4 in galleries. When you do the shop search, you need to switch the choice from Shops to Galleries - one gallery has 1 copy, another gallery has 4 copies.
