Anybody know a good place to get penpals? I haven't had any luck on tumblr.

i've always wanted to be penpals with some kind of convicted felon.

Try interpals.net. That's a really good site for international online or snail mail pen pals, as well as language exchange.

LOL. I knew a girl in high school who sent Charles Manson a birthday card. I have looked but most of them look like they're never updated or they're for kids.

If you have an account on Livejournal, there are a lot of communities dedicated to finding penpals. I've personally used this one, and exchanged letters with a couple of different people.
