Got explore, to veta lake, then to the farmers market, then click the autumn dragon.

It does change... maybe every 5 minutes or so.

it changes, and its random to get the dragon to follow you... i put in about 200 items before i had all my sP spent... the last one I fed finally came home with me. GL!
